This guy is deserving of much greater recognition as one the finest composers in the later part of the 20th century. Everything I have found (and not so very much unfortunately) has been wonderful. If you like this, the album of Piano sonatas also with Ortwin Stürmer on CPO is just as fine. Also probably more representative of his music (the piano doesn't do fractal that well) the following are all wonderful:
